We would have instead moved you to a different cabin prior to your stay to allow our maintenance staff to repair any issues. I can absolutely assure you that we would not allow a cabin to be rented at this resort with the type of damage evident in the after photos. I would be more than happy to again send all the photos(including before and after your stay)to you for your record. I would also like to point out that not once in your multiple visits to the office with your dogs throughout your two day stay did you inform us or comment on any damages in the cabin. When comparing the photos taken the day before your arrival to those taken the day of your departure it is clear that the damage reported was done during your stay. We did in fact take pictures of the bed linens, couch, and stools in your cabin prior to your arrival and you were informed of that fact when you reported(upon checkout)that your cabin had been damaged prior to your arrival. It is our policy to do this before every guest with pet stay. When we have pet-friendly reservations we track that in our system not only to ensure that the cabins are thoroughly cleaned after the stay, but also to ensure that we have taken photos of the cabin prior to the guest check-in. I would like to note that when you made your reservation to stay with us you included your pets in that reservation. When you stated that you never wanted to leave the Resort during your visits, I did think that you were much more pleased with your stay than your review reflects. It was a pleasure speaking with you when you visited the office. I am very happy to hear that you thought the cabins and the surrounding area to be very beautiful and I do hope that you enjoyed your stay with us.

Sustainable practices are used throughout the property, from the guest rooms to the Italian kitchen at the on-site Il Villaggio Osteria restaurant and from the infinity pool to the Chill Spa. And finally, there's Hotel Terra's eco-friendliness: The property earned its LEED-silver certification thanks to its efforts to save water and improve energy efficiency. (Some guests remark that rooms here can cost a pretty penny, but most agree that the combination of in-house amenities and the dramatic mountain views validate the price.) Then there are the staff members, who win guests over with their friendly and helpful demeanors. First, there are the spacious and bright guest rooms with green and blue accents, heated floors, gas fireplaces and flat-screen TVs. But there are several reasons why guests choose this hotel over other properties within the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort area. Sitting at the base of Teton Village's slopes, Hotel Terra Jackson Hole offers easy access to the region's most popular activities, including skiing, hiking and mountain biking. Previous guests said a stay here is pricey, but also noted the staff goes out of its way to make sure needs are met. To make the most of the resort's alpine setting, heed the advice of past lodgers and book a mountain-side room.

Other in-room amenities include minifridges, free Wi-Fi access, gas fireplaces and furnished balconies. If you'd rather do dinner and a movie, cozy up in your down duvet in your guest room or suite, order room service and make a date with the room's smart TV, which streams music and movies. Meanwhile, the hearty fare served at Westbank Grill will satisfy your appetite after an adventure-packed day. Back on resort grounds, recent guests highly recommend taking advantage of the outdoor whirlpools – a soak after a day on the ski trails is a great way to unwind – and the services offered at the in-house spa. This sprawling resort, enclosed within the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort complex in Teton Village, offers opportunities for golfing, hiking and whitewater rafting plus, the slopes are just steps from the lobby doors. With Jackson Hole increasingly becoming a popular luxury vacation spot, it should come as no surprise that you'll find a Four Seasons here.
